HedeDanmark and consequently HD Silva – Heidegesellschaft (former market name) participate in an innovative joint venture on the optimisation of timber shipping in the Baltic region. This project is an internet-based web portal where freight is coordinated in order to ensure return loads and to reduce transit times on the sea for the benefit of the environment, customers and suppliers of round timber and wood chips.
